Hi, I’m Ciara! 

I’m an online fitness coach helping young women transform their bodies all over the world! I have helped hundreds of women just like you achieve their goals and change their lifestyle through proper nutrition and training. 

Being active was always a part of my lifestyle. From the age of 4 I started Irish dancing and became fascinated with how the body worked. Because of this I decided to enrol in a sports science and a physical therapy course where I studied the muscles of the body, how the body functions and how to prevent injuries. While studying, I also completed a personal training course. 

Two years ago, I opened my own studio, where I specialised in Personal training, fitness classes and transformations. Due to the pandemic and wanting to help far more people, I decided to transition online. 

My ultimate goal is to educate women and help them achieve their dreams and goals.

My philosophy is all about enabling people to reach their full potential in a safe, fun environment. I love helping people transform themselves both inside and out, find that balance in life and enjoy the process of working out. I help my clients gain confidence and self love again. Can’t recommend Ciara and Jade enough, I have gone to a couple of different coaches over the years but I just knew they weren’t a long term fit for me, either too extreme promoting really low calories and not flexible for times I needed to go off plan. Ciara’s approach is so much more balanced and long term, even though her transformations are 6 weeks, it’s more about the long term changes you can start to implement, community you become apart of and the strength you can build in that period.

I STRUGGLE FOR TIME, HOW WILL THIS WORK ME?

We promise you, there is a way. We work with busy women every day to ensure this works for them. Every single client has a personalized and tailored approach, we will adapt until we find the right way forward for you.

ARE MY PROGRAMME'S SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! We recommend starting with our 8-Week Transformation Challenges! Our 8-week transformation challenges are tailored specifically for beginners.

Our 1:1 Online Coaching Programme is tailored to intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

HOW MUCH SUPPORT DO I GET?

We have varied programmes that offer different levels of support. Depending on what support you need, we have a way that suits you. Our clients can contact us on whatsapp everyday, there are no limitations to how much we can communicate along.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW AN EXERCISE? ARE THERE VIDEO TUTORIALS?

You have access to the exercise library within your personalised client hub which includes both a video tutorial and a description of how to perform the exercise.

CAN I STILL GO OUT FOR MEALS & SOCIALISE ON THE WEEKENDS?

Absolutely YES, we are advocates of ensuring you get to enjoy your every week events whilst dropping body fat. Every one of our clients enjoys social events with friends whilst on our programme. We are here to educate you on the “ how” & “why”.

I STRUGGLE TO STICK TO TRAINING & DIET PLANS...

That’s most likely because they were unrealistic and unsustainable. Rest assured, the methods we use at Perform are designed customised plans based on the education and experience we have gained over the years from coaching. We will work closely with you to find both a training and diet plan that works for you and that is sustainable long term.

I AM WORRIED I WILL FAIL AND GO BACK TO MY OLD WAYS!

You can only fail if you never try, moving forward even 1% weekly will mean you’re making progress. We are here to help you progress your mindset as well as your body, meaning we can help you become the woman you dream of.
