Hey there, I’m Ciara Rossi, the founder of Fit Coach Rossi.

When I created Fit Coach Rossi over seven years ago, my main focus was helping females achieve happiness, transform their bodies, and feel the most confident they have ever been.

From the start, my goal was to create a sustainable plan for clients who came through the doors to build habits they could keep for life.


Over the last seven years of experience in personal training and online coaching, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of women from all over the world transform their bodies and their lives.

We literally go through everything and make sure that you’re educated along the way as much as possible because these are lifestyle habits you’ll hold forever!

Now, my mission is to share that knowledge with you.

Because it’s not just about losing weight or building muscle – it’s about empowering you to become the best version of yourself, inside and out.
