  • To begin, you will receive an information pack, asking you to fill out a questionnaire & added to a WhatsApp group.

  • Once your questionnaire has been received, your 6 week package will be posted to you including your measurement tape, your transformation booklet.
  • You will receive a follow up email with a link to your preferred times for your PT Zoom sessions one week before the sessions commence.
  • You will gain access to my video archive library which will store every  exercise so you can train independently at home or in the gym.
  • Every week, you will check-in with me via email to discuss your progress.
  • All that’s left for you to do is to put in the hard work!
